v0.1.2a: Interest Fixes

10% was way too high, let's put the interest rate at 5% and see how it goes. Thank you Ethan for immediately breaking this.

I have also added a bit of separation between coins and health/shield so that they do not spawn on top of each other. Coin + health and coin + shield means the player cannot get the coin and then strategically save the other one for later.
